Shipping policy

Where we ship from
Pawtino orders ship from our fulfilment partners' warehouses in the United States and the European Union, so your order arrives quickly and clears customs before it reaches you.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times
United States: typically 3–8 business days after dispatch
European Union / United Kingdom: typically 5–10 business days after dispatch

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs checks and peak seasons (November–December) can add time.

Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. Any applicable import duties and taxes are handled by us — you will not be asked to pay extra on delivery.

Order tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 4 business days of ordering, email us at hello@pawtino.store and we will look into it.

Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has shipped, and orders returned to sender because of an incorrect address may incur a re-shipping fee.
